Services

Three ways John works for you, from planning to protection.

Every client file runs on the same three pillars: consult before the year closes, prepare it right in every state and city, and stand between you and the tax authorities when a letter arrives.

Consultation

Anyone can record the past. Superior advisers help you plan forward.

Talk through a move abroad, a U.S. contract, a new business or a big year before it hits your return, so the decisions are made on purpose, not at filing time.

Preparation

More than 30 years of returns, for all states and cities.

Individual, business and multi-state returns prepared by an Enrolled Agent who has worked in tax since 1987, including cross-border filings for clients on both sides of the border.

Representation

Audits, collections and appeals, handled for you.

As an Enrolled Agent, John represents taxpayers before the IRS and state and local tax authorities, so you are not facing them alone.

Wherever you are, the first step is the same: a 15-minute call with John.

IRS representation

From redacted to resolved.

A notice from the IRS or the state can read like half of it was blacked out. As an Enrolled Agent, John is authorized to represent you before the IRS, and he handles audits, collections and appeals with state and local tax authorities too, so you get a clear answer and someone in your corner.

  • Audits
  • Collections
  • Appeals
  • State & local notices
  1. Read the notice

John reviews what the IRS or state is actually asking for, and what it means for you.

  2. Represent you

As your Enrolled Agent he deals with the IRS or state directly through the audit, collection or appeal.

  3. Plan ahead

Once it is handled, you plan the next return so the same letter does not come back.

Second Look review

Already filed? Ask an Enrolled Agent for a second look.

Prepared it yourself, used a storefront chain, or moved countries mid-year? Before you assume it is right, or before the IRS decides it is not, have John review it with you.

No documents needed to start. Never email a Social Security number.

  1. Reach out

Send John a note through the contact page, or call the office. A short description of what happened is enough to start.

  2. Talk it through

A 15-minute call to walk through the return, the notice or the move that is worrying you.

  3. Get a straight answer

You hear what looks right, what may need attention, and what John would do next.
